kissed by a llama

i poorly stacked some things on the shelf in my utility closet. they came crashing down last night and woke me from a very strange dream.

i was at my uncles house (in the dream, did not look like his real home) on thing phone with him about redecorating his daughters room, while i was sponge painting another cousins room… at his house. another cousin came in with my sisters saying that they had captured a llama. when i went out to the porch and there’s a llama tied (much like you would see a hunted deer in movies) to a car hood (but no car) on the porch. i slowly approached it to pet it (still alive) and they warned me that if i got too close it would start licking me. i moved to stand behind a fence (i noticed a camel standing behind it, looking at the llama, but no one had mentioned it - as if it were normal) and the llama stretched it’s long neck over my head and started licking my hair as i moved through the gate… crash! becca woke up - after the initial shock wore off, i laughed. how silly, a llama licking my hair!

i talked to a coworker today who has a book on dream meanings. she found a website and here’s what it says…

i think i may need a vacation…
i’m curious why i wasn’t worried about moving to the camel side of the gate.
my coworker seems to think the camel is symbolic of my emotions, invisible to everyone else in the dream.
